Select your legend
Click the blue ‘Say Thanks’ icon.
Once you have ‘Said Thanks’ the icon will turn black.
You can ‘Say Thanks’ to as many Legends as you wish, but can only ‘Say Thanks’ to a legend once a day. Current date is derived from PST

“Say Thanks” Austin is an annual event honoring the past year’s RecognizeGood® Legends. In the course of the year, a monthly community Legend is selected and presented with pay-it-forward donation. The yearly class of Legends is celebrated during the three-week campaign at the beginning of each year. From January 15 through February 3, the community is invited go to www.recognizegood.org and say thanks to the legends honored in the course of previous year. “Say Thanks” Austin celebrates the core beliefs of RecognizeGood and honors the unsung heroes of Austin, Texas. Each Legend will be eligible to receive another pay-it-forward donation that they can contribute to a 501.c.3 nonprofit organization of their choice. The size of the donation will be determined by the number of "thank you" votes received during the campaign:
Mission: To elevate the spirit of community by catalyzing a movement of good deeds and unselfish charity through recognizing, rewarding, and promoting good at the level of the individual, of a business entity, and of a community. Vision: 1. To illuminate and raise awareness of the good that surrounds our communities and encouraging individuals to commit additional acts of kindness 2. To promote the importance of ethical behavior and practices in businesses and communities 3. To spread the concept that encouraging good promotes the positive power of people leading to business and community successes
